Senior Associate - Product Manager Payments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics partners to develop and deliver product and platform strategies from 0-1
• Define product goals, clear requirements, and KPIs to be converted into user stories and process flows
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements translate into working technical designs and test plans
• Manage product backlog creation and grooming, supporting agile product delivery and go-to-market execution
• Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance, to certify production readiness
• Monitor performance against goals and identify implementation paths for necessary enhancements or remediation plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a strong risk and controls environment, including Legal and Compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services and/or product management
• Experience in online payments, including digital wallets, card payments, and money movement
• Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across engineering, architecture, and design in large organizations
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining high attention to detail for successful execution
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Fintech or direct experience with payment platform development
