Senior Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities through user research and market discovery
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support the product development life cycle
• Analyze and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and facilitate technical discussions
• Partner with QA teams on end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and post-production validation
• Facilitate problem-solving and prioritization across teams, balancing speed, scalability, and quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Experience with agile software development tools such as Jira and Figma
• Proven record of managing and delivering projects from inception to production
• Industry-specific knowledge in Authentication, Authorization, and Identity lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect frameworks
• Experience with API-based products
• AWS certification is a plus
