Senior Associate - Product Management - GPS Delivery

Responsibilities

• Run daily fund dealing cut-offs, bulk deal processing, and fund pricing cut-offs
• Process client instructions for Fidelity Onshore, Offshore, third party, and MNLC offerings
• Input, reconcile, and quality check deals to enable settlement with third parties
• Input and verify third-party fund prices and provide verifications of material data points
• Manage corporate actions including fund mergers, launches, and closures
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
• Communicate work progress and escalate business-critical issues appropriately
• Work flexible shift patterns between 8am - 8pm on a rota basis

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience within Operations
• Strong understanding of operational risk and risk management processes
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with critical attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns and cover bank holidays
