Senior Associate, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Manage product roadmaps and prioritize feature development to ensure business needs are met
• Break down business epics into actionable features and user stories, driving toward Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, technologists, and data scientists, to build cutting-edge financial solutions
• Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure products deliver real value to customers
• Work within an agile environment to conduct research and develop features utilizing evolving technology
• Articulate succinct product roadmaps to stakeholders and participate in horizontal forums to build trusted relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of product management experience, or experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• 1+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
• 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
• 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
