Senior Associate, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative customer experiences and manage product roadmaps for the Mainstreet Card Team within an agile environment.
• Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and define future feature designs.
• Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving the team toward Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
• Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure products deliver on real business needs.
• Partner with designers, technologists, and data scientists to build cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions.
• Articulate succinct product roadmaps to stakeholders to deliver business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience, or 1+ years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to rally diverse teams.
• Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment and manage complex ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 1+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
