Senior Associate, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and execution of the Enterprise Financial Ledger platform, managing the System of Record for financial accounts and transactions.
• Create a long-term product roadmap that supports broader enterprise vision and industry trends.
• Engage Lines of Business (LOBs) to define, prioritize, and build reusable capabilities for multiple financial products.
• Partner closely with technology teams to ensure platform architecture supports modernization business cases.
• Collaborate with program teams to maintain sustainable communication channels with business partners.
• Ensure platform accuracy and performance while developing and aligning on the platform's data posture.
• Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward Minimal Viable Product (MVP) delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 1+ years of experience translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
