Senior Associate, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities for raw materials, goods, and services supporting Space Systems programs
• Compile and analyze data to determine purchasing feasibility and establish competitive pricing objectives
• Evaluate, approve, and qualify suppliers, including soliciting quotes and issuing award recommendations
• Monitor supplier response to ensure adherence to requirements and schedules
• Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid packages
• Identify cost drivers, quality risks, and efficiency opportunities to influence supplier negotiations
• Review proposals, analyze trends, and maintain accurate records for operational and audit needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with 0+ years of experience, OR 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Practical working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost analysis
• Experience interpreting complex proposal structures, multi-level BOMs, and engineering documentation
• Ability to work on-site in Palm Bay, FL

• Experience resolving supplier issues and managing long-term supplier relationships
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments with demanding proposal timelines
• Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively within cross-functional teams
