Senior Associate - Process Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation and AI-enabled services and agents leveraging Claude, Copilot, and other AI coding assistants
• Champion spec-driven development by writing functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Establish and operate a governed SDLC for automation and AI solutions, including version control and release discipline
• Define and socialize AI engineering guardrails, including human-in-the-loop requirements and hallucination mitigation
• Collaborate with CoreOps and business leaders to prioritize use cases and convert business problems into technical specs
• Mentor a team of process intelligence engineers in spec writing, Claude-assisted development, and testing discipline
• Build and maintain version-controlled prompt/agent libraries and define evaluation metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in process re-engineering, operations transformation, workflow automation, or technology-enabled change
• Experience with AI-assisted automation or agents
• Strong understanding of engineering and AI guardrails
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
