Senior Associate, Private Debt Finance

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MD&A on fund performance
• Review fund administrator’s work for various Private Debt funds
• Prepare and review capital calls and distributions
• Track and update the portfolio of investments
• Track interest payment receipts across portfolio team
• Manage daily cash management, monitoring, and bank reconciliation
• Lead the firm’s outside auditor in year-end audited financials preparation
• Support Investor Relations with fundraising materials and investor requests
• Assist Tax team with quarterly tax estimates and year-end tax allocations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA certification
• 3-5+ years of experience, including public accounting
• Experience with alternative investment asset managers preferred
• Advanced GAAP financial reporting experience
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• SEC/BDC reporting experience
• CLO experience
