Senior Associate, Portfolio Strategy and Risk, Secondaries

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing portfolio monitoring for secondaries investments, including performance tracking, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment
• Analyze portfolio exposures, concentration risks, and return attribution to escalate emerging risks to senior leadership
• Develop and maintain transaction-level and portfolio-level financial models to evaluate prospective investments
• Assist in the design of strategy-level portfolio models to inform asset allocation and deployment pacing
• Prepare comprehensive portfolio-level analyses, including NAV forecasts and scenario analyses for investment committees
• Support investor due diligence by responding to inquiries regarding portfolio construction, liquidity, and risk management
• Collaborate with investment, legal, tax, and operations teams to ensure accurate representation of portfolio activity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, data analysis, or a related discipline
• Strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex analyses
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or management consulting
• CFA or CPA designation
• Experience with Python or other analytical programming tools
