Senior Associate, Platform Growth and Operations

Responsibilities

• Optimize supply-demand balance using driver incentives, user promotions, and pricing strategies to boost transactions and retention.
• Analyze large datasets to create actionable insights, refine performance frameworks, and design A/B tests for market-specific campaigns.
• Develop and implement localized strategies for driver and user activation to ensure cost-effective budget allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide market feedback for product enhancements and support regional expansion projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or growth roles, preferably within a tech startup or platform company.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable business decisions.
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functional teams.
• Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics, including pricing elasticity and churn drivers.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
