Senior Associate, Planning

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of omnichannel media plan recommendations including TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH, and Emerging Media
• Develop mastery of syndicated research sources, planning tools, and media math
• Maintain accuracy of tactical components such as flow charts, spreadsheets, and budget summaries
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, publishers, and internal teams
• Develop strategic points of view on media partner offerings and technology
• Pull and compile category trends, audience consumption, and competitive activity using syndicated research

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of media planning or buying experience
• Proficient knowledge of basic planning principles and media math
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with third-party market research or cloud-based collaboration tools like MediaTools, Prisma/MBOX, DCM, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, eTelmar, MRI Simmons, comScore, or eMarketer
