About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing rollout, stabilization, and optimization of Workday across the employee lifecycle
- Audit employee data between Workday and ADP to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain, update, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Create and maintain Supervisory Organizations and organizational structures within Workday
- Generate and analyze Workday reports to support People Operations, Payroll, and Business Stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for Workday-related operational tickets and escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HRIS, or Payroll with a focus on Workday
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience working with Workday and ADP
- Experience performing data audits, reconciliations, or quality assurance reviews
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
