Senior Associate, People Operations & Early Career Programs

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the onboarding experience, including 30/60/90-day frameworks and manager toolkits
• Lead new employee orientation and manage the operational offboarding process
• Coordinate company-wide people programs, events, and internal communications
• Design and manage early career programs including Rotational Analyst, Fellowship, and intern pipelines
• Build relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations
• Plan and execute campus recruiting events and career fairs
• Track program outcomes such as conversion rates and participant performance using data
• Support cross-functional People team initiatives and process redesigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in people operations, HR, talent acquisition, or early career recruiting
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a campus or early career context
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data for continuous improvement
• Proficiency with HRIS or HR tech platforms (e.g., HiBob, ADP, Greenhouse)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to streamline workflows
• Strong project management and communication skills
