Senior Associate, People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Hong Kong and other global markets, ensuring alignment with business needs and budgets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct screenings.
• Develop effective talent pipeline strategies for critical positions in collaboration with functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and first-day arrangements for new hires.
• Act as the primary People contact for assigned departments, providing guidance on people-related matters.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to facilitate talent management, performance management cycles, and workforce planning.
• Contribute to people-related projects, including data analysis, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Represent Lalamove at career events and university recruitment fairs.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and experience working as a Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-driven attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
