About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and review orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies
- Enter orders into the system accurately and monitor status to proactively identify potential delays
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries for stakeholders in the CALA region
- Collaborate with Commercial management, Client managers, and Account teams to ensure on-time booking
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies regarding pricing, contractual terms, and addresses
- Partner with Customer Order Fulfillment to ensure zero downstream impacts at the time of delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve Order Management processes and streamline workflows
Requirements
- Degree in business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a service or product-based company
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce
