Senior Associate - Operations Delivery Strategy

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and operational insights to inform strategy
• Gather stakeholder inputs to identify pain points and strategic priorities
• Support strategic initiatives through structured analysis and business-case development
• Perform option analysis and trade-off assessments for technology and AI initiatives
• Co-design and validate improvement solutions and coordinate delivery
• Contribute to vendor assessments and build-vs-buy analysis
• Support change management and monitor post-implementation benefits

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Data, Operations Research, or Aviation
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operational improvement
• Strong structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience with datasets using Python, SQL, or R
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Postgraduate studies
• Project management fundamentals
• Vendor evaluation experience
