Senior Associate, Operational Strategy

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to business stakeholders and corporate functions throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver presentations to process owners, senior managers, and executives regarding project status and takeaways
• Drive change adoption and stakeholder alignment across the organization
• Manage vendors and align on strategic priorities
• Define project scope, gather requirements, and assist with implementation and integration activities
• Identify best practices for operational processes and system optimizations
• Translate business requirements into technical language for engineering teams and vice versa
• Execute hands-on project management tasks including requirements documentation, use case development, and process workflow diagrams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
• 6-8 years of experience in business process re-engineering, process design, operational transformation, or consulting
• Domain knowledge of Alternative Investments (Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate, or Secondaries)
• Understanding of Fund, Investor, and Trade lifecycles and systems
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous process improvement
• Ability to manage large-scale change programs and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
