About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to business stakeholders and corporate functions throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver presentations to process owners, senior managers, and executives regarding project status and takeaways
- Drive change adoption and stakeholder alignment across the organization
- Manage vendors and align on strategic priorities
- Define project scope, gather requirements, and assist with implementation and integration activities
- Identify best practices for operational processes and system optimizations
- Translate business requirements into technical language for engineering teams and vice versa
- Execute hands-on project management tasks including requirements documentation, use case development, and process workflow diagrams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
- 6-8 years of experience in business process re-engineering, process design, operational transformation, or consulting
- Domain knowledge of Alternative Investments (Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate, or Secondaries)
- Understanding of Fund, Investor, and Trade lifecycles and systems
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous process improvement
- Ability to manage large-scale change programs and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
