Senior Associate – Omnichannel Content Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce digital content across formats including social media assets, short-form video, graphics, web content, and multimedia materials
• Adapt content for various platforms and audiences while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging
• Leverage generative AI tools for text, image, and video to support ideation, asset creation, and content optimization
• Review and refine AI-assisted outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring proper version control and accessibility
• Support content publishing workflows and stay current on emerging digital content trends and AI capabilities

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in content production, graphic design, or creative operations
• Proficiency with design and video editing tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and automation
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools
• Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated environments
• Basic understanding of digital analytics and content performance metrics
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in design or digital content tools
