About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Prisma campaign data inputting and booking campaigns according to media plans
- Upload and setup digital campaign buys in coordination with global offices
- Issue campaign ROs and track performance against goals
- Facilitate trafficking processes via digital trafficking sheets and Insertion Order Release Forms
- Perform competitive reporting and analysis
- Manage digital trafficking requirements and collect creative specifications for Ad Ops
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Update media flowcharts based on campaign flights
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance metrics like impressions, clicks, and conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-5 years of Digital Marketing or Media planning/buying experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Availability to work late shifts (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adservers or DSPs such as CM360, GAM, or GA
- Experience with media buying platforms like Prisma or MediaTools
