Senior Associate, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary project manager for the VP, Marketing and Digital Engagement
• Build, maintain, and manage master project timelines for specific projects and organizational milestones
• Serve as the central connective tissue between core digital functions including Social Media, Digital Content, Web, App, and Email Marketing
• Own administrative and operational planning for Games-time execution
• Establish and maintain project management frameworks and tools like Smartsheet and Asana
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings and drive accountability
• Represent the Digital Engagement & Marketing department to internal and external stakeholders
• Draft presentations on key projects to report progress and milestones

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sports business, marketing operations, or a related marketing environment
• Strong operational and program execution skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Asana
• Knowledge and first-hand experience within the sports marketing industry
• Excellent presentation preparation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in a Downtown Los Angeles-based office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Olympic or Paralympic Movements
