Senior Associate, LS1 Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes to drive process and OEE improvement through daily monitoring and long-term projects
• Deliver timely technical support during major operational downtime events to support 24/7 manufacturing operations
• Manage documentation and compliance activities, including Change Requests, non-conformances, CAPEX, and procedure updates
• Provide technical support for equipment commissioning, optimization, and qualification/validation processes
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for critical equipment and processes, including audit support
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive technical improvements and operational efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Knowledge in Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation engineering
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and driving process improvements within advanced manufacturing settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling equipment, electrical, or mechanical work
• Experience or familiarity with contact lens or optics manufacturing
