About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures
- Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance and potential licensing violations
- Engage mid-level customer contacts to communicate licensing issues and send warning letters
- Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share compliance insights
- Support resolution planning and contribute to the protection of intellectual property
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, or customer success
- Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations
- Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts
- Foundational negotiation skills and ability to manage caseloads independently
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics
- Background in software licensing or IP protection
- Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models
- Experience drafting formal compliance communications
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, and operations teams
