Senior Associate, Learning Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an AI-Native strategy to integrate artificial intelligence across core business functions
• Conduct training need identification by working closely with teams and managers to understand business goals and challenges
• Build and manage comprehensive training plans and monthly calendars
• Execute training sessions, manage invites, and oversee end-to-end logistics
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage training content and track completion
• Analyze and report on training effectiveness using data and performance metrics
• Manage relationships with department heads and external training vendors

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a training or Learning & Development (L&D) role
• Proficiency with modern AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or GPT
• Strong skills in Google Workspace for data management and performance tracking
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership and staff
