Senior Associate Lawyer - Mergers & Acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters
• Lead and manage all stages of M&A transactions including due diligence, drafting, and negotiation
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts in Arabic and English
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Liaise with government entities for regulatory approvals and licensing
• Manage and mentor Associates and Trainee Associates
• Collaborate with Senior Associates and the Managing Partner on complex matters
• Maintain accurate case records and legal documentation
• Stay current on Lebanese and Saudi law developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a top-tier university
• Valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience in Saudi Arabia
• Significant experience managing full lifecycle M&A transactions
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English
• In-depth understanding of the Saudi legal system and regulatory environment
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or advanced legal qualification
• Lebanese nationality
