Senior Associate - Key Account Management

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts for existing Banks and NBFC customers, driving cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Sell the Collections Platform, AI products, and specialized services to identified client sets.
• Build deep, consultative relationships with client stakeholders across product, tech, operations, and strategy teams.
• Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance analysis, and strategic planning with key accounts.
• Negotiate renewals and ensure commercial alignment for value-added services.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence product, engineering, and operations roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in key account management, B2B client success, or partnerships within Fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Mandatory experience in Collection Services and Account Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and senior-level presentations.
• Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence decision-makers.
