Senior Associate IS Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), SRS, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Develop wireframes and UI/UX mockups for stakeholder product demonstrations.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and act as a Scrum Master, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Track sprint progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Perform impact analysis for new requirements or change requests on existing applications.
• Support UAT testing with business users and provide troubleshooting/RCA for support issues.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in Business Analysis within an Agile environment.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, SRS, Data Flow).
• Experience designing mockups or wireframes based on business requirements.
• Strong proficiency in leading Scrum ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience acting formally as a Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ability to query data.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools.
