Senior Associate IR, Employee Co-Investment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, capital planning, and scenario analyses.
• Manage relationships with internal resources in the US and Mumbai, as well as external fund administrators.
• Support data and reporting enhancement initiatives, including the development of analytics dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of AI solutions and streamlined Investor Operations platforms.
• Coordinate with third-party banking/lender relationships and auditors to meet all reporting deadlines.
• Manage debt facilities and review compliance reporting.
• Train, mentor, and oversee junior team members to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from limited partners, analysts, and investment teams.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Economics, or Finance with an outstanding academic record.
• 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (including complex formulas and macros).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Proven ability to collaborate with remote teams and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred.
• CFA designation is a plus.
• Public accounting experience, particularly with Big 4 firms in investment management or financial institutions.
• Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, or other business intelligence and data reporting software.
