Senior Associate, Investment Team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across SaaS and Healthcare markets
• Develop research-driven investment theses and map competitive landscapes
• Conduct investment analysis including financial modeling, valuation, and unit economics
• Lead diligence workstreams and coordinate third-party diligence
• Create investment committee memos and persuasive investment materials
• Communicate with senior investment professionals, management teams, and transaction advisors
• Contribute to sourcing and origination through thematic outreach and company research
• Partner with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and KPI analysis
• Manage and mentor Analysts and Associates

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant investment experience
• 2-3 years of investment banking experience followed by 2-3 years of private equity experience
• Direct experience in healthcare, software, technology, B2B SaaS, or tech-enabled services
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic achievement
• Ability to be based in Philadelphia

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lower middle market companies
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to communicate implications to senior decision-makers
