Senior Associate, Investment Strategy

Responsibilities

• Co-own the development and maintenance of Homebound’s 8+ quarter infill growth plan, including lot acquisition targets and market expansion priorities
• Translate growth goals into market-by-market action plans across existing and new geographies
• Identify key constraints to growth such as pricing, home product, or operational bottlenecks
• Track performance against infill acquisition targets and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with Acquisitions to improve lot sourcing outcomes and pricing strategy
• Drive coordination across Acquisitions, Architecture, Preconstruction, Product, and Construction Operations
• Own key workstreams required to launch and ramp new infill markets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a highly analytical role with execution responsibility
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong written and presentation communication skills for senior audiences
• Familiarity with real estate, marketplaces, or supply-constrained businesses
• Strong interest in residential real estate development and housing markets
