Senior Associate, Investment Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of new accounts into internal systems such as Orion, Salesforce, and Moxy
• Address new account processing requests from advisors and trading teams
• Process closed accounts across multiple trading platforms
• Set up securities and resolve setup issues in Orion
• Manage account restrictions during onboarding and as recommended by advisors
• Complete daily reconciliation of trading platforms including Moxy, Perform, and FixFlyer
• Ensure timely trade settlement by collaborating with investment teams, custodians, and brokers
• Serve as a subject matter expert for investment and trading queries
• Assist with monthly composite return calculations and quarterly fact sheet preparation
• Conduct regular quality control checks on trading platforms
• Organize and maintain investment-related documents in Box

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations and/or trading support
• Proficient with portfolio management and trading platforms (Orion, Perform, Moxy, FixFlyer, Charles River)
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with new account paperwork and processing at custodians such as Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing
• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with options trading and options account setup at custodians
