Senior Associate, HR Talent Management

Responsibilities

• Support the EMEA Business Operations Talent Management team and HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR matters and projects across multiple European jurisdictions
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including probation reviews, end-to-end leaver processes, and regulated reference requests
• Produce essential documentation for parental leaves, flexible work arrangements, employment agreement updates, and transfer letters
• Utilize HR metrics and Workday to create data insights for leadership and complete ad hoc reporting requests
• Guide managers through performance review processes, goal setting, and continuous feedback
• Manage Workday processes including position creation, employee transfers, and annual leave adjustments
• Support and advise clients on Employee Relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and restructuring processes
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements across EMEA to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven HR operational experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Workday is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and provide data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus
• Ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment
