About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and carve-outs for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional integration and separation teams to merge compensation and benefits platforms.
  • Assist in identifying HR, compensation, and benefit plan exposures during the HR due diligence process.
  • Manage the engagement process from inception to completion, including setting scopes, budgets, and staffing resources.
  • Support the benchmarking and refinement of compensation programs, including salary, cash incentives, and equity compensation.
  • Create and coordinate client-ready deliverables and communicate results effectively to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of recent actuarial or general consulting experience in the valuation, design, or implementation of employee benefit and compensation plans.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing staff or clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • On track to attain professional designations such as FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP, or CEP.
  • Experience working with top-tier accounting or benefits consulting firms.
