Senior Associate, HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end event logistics for emerging talent programs, including Welcome events, Hackathons, and Graduations.
• Manage complex operational workstreams such as scheduling, budget reconciliation, RSVPs, catering, and A/V setup.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to track program health and associate feedback.
• Proactively communicate challenges and identify risks to ensure seamless delivery of programmatic milestones.
• Maintain process documentation and local resources to support continuous process improvement and a well-managed operational environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• At least 2 years of client-facing or consulting experience (or a combination of both).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR), Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR), or coaching certification.
• 4+ years of client-facing or consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.
