Senior Associate - HighRadius Technical Implementation

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases
• Support requirement gathering, documentation, and mapping of business processes
• Perform hands-on configuration of functional components based on client requirements
• Collaborate with senior consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA for project execution
• Conduct testing, validate configurations, and assist in issue tracking and resolution
• Prepare training materials and support client onboarding and user training activities
• Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, and status reports

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS-related roles
• Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle (Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Payment Portal)
• Basic knowledge of O2C processes and business requirement mapping
• Foundational SaaS configuration knowledge
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP)
• Experience with HighRadius Receivables Cloud and ERP systems
