Senior Associate - H&B Data Analysis and Reporting

Responsibilities

• Administer member census data, including additions, deletions, and modifications for medical and life insurance policies.
• Manage invoicing and billing processes by monitoring insurer invoices and facilitating client premium payments.
• Perform advanced data analytics to deliver claims utilization reports and monitor team performance KPIs.
• Apply predictive and preventive analytics to enhance data accuracy and identify operational risks.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to drive service improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement through process re-engineering, automation, and the implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations or client service.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement, automation, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms.
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize service delivery.
