Senior Associate, Growth

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract execution
• Research, identify, and engage target commercial real estate ownership groups and brokerage firms
• Run tailored discovery calls and product demonstrations that communicate business value
• Build relationships with decision-makers across complex commercial real estate organizations
• Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to manage opportunities
• Develop repeatable prospecting systems and AI-powered workflows to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, sales processes, and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, business development, recruiting, or another results-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with prospects and clients
• Competitive nature and a genuine desire to win
• High level of coachability, self-awareness, and a commitment to seeking feedback
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Highly organized and able to move with urgency
• Tech-curious and excited by how AI is changing modern sales workflows
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in our downtown Chicago office

Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000-$65,000
• On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000 (uncapped)
