Senior Associate - Global Benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits administration for client employees located in the APAC and EMEA regions
• Resolve cases and perform accurate data entry for benefits systems
• Collaborate with clients to resolve escalated employee issues and project requests
• Define and optimize processes to support international benefits service delivery
• Contribute to process design, technology capabilities, and project management initiatives
• Develop reports using data extraction tools to meet client plan rules
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and execute test plans to ensure system functionality
• Lead system testing during Internal and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Mentor colleagues and coordinate team efforts to maintain service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Benefits or HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word
• Experience in writing SOPs, work instructions, and RCAs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with process implementation and automation is a plus
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and third-party providers
• Willingness to work rotational and night shifts
