Senior Associate, Games Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical member of the tech project team to implement key business solutions including Medical, Logistics, and Architecture technology
• Liaise with stakeholders to align business initiatives with technology solutions and define requirements and success criteria
• Evaluate new technologies, develop RFPs, and evaluate vendor responses
• Support the development and maintenance of integrations between enterprise tools and business systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan for long term Master Schedule and games delivery milestones
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend automations and workflow improvements
• Triage system-related requests and provide day-to-day support for end users
• Coordinate with external service providers to manage enhancement requests and ensure SLAs are met
• Coordinate with internal cyber security and architecture teams for risk mitigation activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience administering technical software solutions
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical implementations
• Experience with structured deployments, user acceptance testing, and release management
• Proficiency in project management frameworks (PMP or Prince2)
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, or MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
