Responsibilities

  • Serve as the finance partner to senior leaders across Technology, Aviation, Member Care, Growth, Public Affairs, Legal, and People
  • Build dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models to support annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning
  • Manage opex and capex budgets and own department monthly budget vs. actuals processes
  • Empower business leaders to own their P&Ls through intuitive reporting and financial reviews
  • Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities across business areas
  • Drive cost savings and growth initiatives by building detailed business cases
  • Support creation of Investor Relations, Board of Director, and Management Financial Review materials
  • Champion improvements to forecasting tools and processes, including AI and automation

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth or publicly traded company
  • Deep hands-on expertise with FP&A systems such as NSPB, Hyperion, Anaplan, or OneStream
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into executive-ready narratives
  • Systems thinking mindset to identify and fix process inefficiencies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading a system implementation or major EPM/CPM upgrade
  • Interest in applying AI and automation to FP&A workflows
