Senior Associate, Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Produce, review, and approve monthly and quarterly fund reports and investor requests
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Manage and track deliverables from investors across the finance and accounting team
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Fund Accounting, and Portfolio Management to ensure data accuracy
• Translate complex accounting and financial data into clear reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop workflow and task management tools to track ongoing and ad-hoc requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 7-10+ years of fund reporting experience or Big 4 Accounting experience with a client service focus
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment strategies, specifically private credit
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Pivot Tables, and building scalable solutions
• Deep understanding of fund performance metrics such as IRR, Annualized Returns, and Multiples
• Strong ability to perform financial statement analysis (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• CFA or CIPM designation is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, and SharePoint
• Proficiency in manipulating and structuring large, complex data sets
