Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver timely financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance analytical efficiency.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Finance and other business functions to evaluate performance and identify trends.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting cycles, and long-range planning activities.
• Support investor relations and external reporting by preparing financial analyses and supporting materials for public disclosure.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation, AI-driven technologies, and enhanced use of financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or a related finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation preferred.
• CFA candidates with a strong accounting foundation will be considered.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance reporting capabilities.
