Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage core monthly financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for aligned business partners.
• Analyze financial results and key business drivers to provide actionable insights and clear narratives to senior leadership.
• Build robust financial models and coordinate data collection across departments to support business objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Design teams to support strategic projects and influence decision-making.
• Develop new methodologies and streamlined reporting to improve transparency into financial results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience with financial modeling.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Financial Planning function.

Preferred Qualifications

• Quantitative Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Engineering.
• Master's Degree (MBA) in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• 3+ years of financial analysis and modeling experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Planning function.
• 2+ years of experience in management or business consulting.
