Senior Associate - Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Validate automated credit analysis reports for factual accuracy, logical coherence, and completeness
• Analyze data from financial documents including annual reports, sanction letters, borrowing profiles, and MIS data
• Identify inconsistencies or gaps in reports and recommend improvements to enhance reliability
• Collaborate with product and data teams to refine automation logic and align with real-world financial practices
• Define financial document causation logic and design credit analysis frameworks for various customer segments
• Document and standardize processes to support scalability and maintain consistency in credit evaluation
• Conduct research on industry trends and financial regulations to enhance assessment methodologies

Requirements

• CA professional qualification
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional attention to detail with high proficiency in data analysis and numerical reasoning
• Advanced understanding of financial documents and their application in credit and risk analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills to address gaps in credit frameworks and reports
