Senior Associate, Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AR activities including invoice review, customer account monitoring, collections follow-up, cash application, and account reconciliations
• Monitor customer accounts and AR aging to identify overdue invoices, payment delays, and high-risk balances
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues, deductions, and disputes
• Develop and independently maintain business-critical analytical models
• Manage high-volume AR activities and interpret customer account data to support reporting such as aging analysis, DSO, and unapplied cash

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AR, Cash Application & Invoicing
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AR lifecycle and Order-to-Cash workflows
• Experience working with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities with ability to manage large datasets
• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to month-end close, internal controls, audit support, or shared services environments
