Senior Associate - Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and review ERP entries for accuracy
• Process vendor payments following internal guidelines
• Maintain and review financial trackers and registers in spreadsheets
• Oversee month-end closing entries and ensure timely financial reporting
• Prepare accurate MIS reports to support business decisions
• Coordinate statutory audits and act as a liaison between auditors and management
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting
• Reconcile financial data to ensure consistency

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in a reputed organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as a hands-on individual contributor

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IGAAP and IFRS
• Experience with ERP systems
