Senior Associate - Finance Business Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end opportunity and engagement lifecycle advice to partners and client-facing engagement teams.
• Offer on-demand financial advisory support via phone or email regarding pricing plans, resourcing mixes, and estimate-to-complete (ETC) processes.
• Conduct proactive outreach to engagement teams identified through analytical reviews and exceptions reporting.
• Use analytical skills to review engagement economics and determine which teams require intervention.
• Facilitate training for client-serving teams on Mercury (EY's SAP system) and effective financial management practices.
• Provide guidance on local policies and practices to ensure compliance and optimal project management.

Requirements

• Fluent and effective communication skills in English (C2 level).
• Two years of experience in a professional services environment in a financial or business capacity.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, apply judgment, and share knowledge with others.
• Excellent listening, communication, and partnering skills to work with people at all levels of the firm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business or a Diploma in Accounting.
• Experience in management accounting.
