About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain billing system configuration for all advisory clients
- Execute quarterly fee collection process
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting support for internal stakeholders
- Manage accounts receivable activities to resolution
- Process billing adjustments in accordance with firm policies
- Support SOX and internal revenue control testing
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation
- Partner with Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams for system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in billing, financial operations, or corporate accounting
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
- Ability to analyze data and reconcile results
- Experience working in a cyclical/period-close environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Addepar, Workday Financials, or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of wealth management operations or money movement
- Prior involvement with SOX controls or audit support
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Power Query
