Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for select India entities
• Coordinate with finance stakeholders to ensure month-end schedules and necessary entries are completed before cut-off
• Manage accruals, intercompany reconciliations, and Balance Sheet schedules
• Assist in variance analysis calculations for monthly closures
• Prepare expense schedules for audit purposes and monthly reporting
• Liaise with both India and overseas stakeholders to drive timely and qualitative financial inputs

Requirements

• M. Com or MBA in Finance
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including handling large data sets
• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment across different time zones
