Senior Associate - Experienced Hire Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, and ideal candidate profiles across the MENA region.
• Design and deliver data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and regional talent market insights.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires in Tax, including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Use recruitment data and insights to track progress against hiring targets and identify potential risks.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within recruitment systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Tax recruitment or similar professional specializations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and handling large data sets.
• Experience using Recruitment Management Systems, specifically SuccessFactors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple geographies or within a regional recruitment model.
• Ability to provide creative and strategic solutions to complex hiring challenges.
